The app only reads orders and store information and adds shipments. It does not touch your products, customers or storefront.

In your BigCommerce control panel go to Apps > Marketplace, search for "Kargobaz" and click Install.
Review the permissions (Orders: modify, Information & settings: read-only) and click Confirm.
The Kargobaz page opens inside BigCommerce. Click "Log in / Create account" and sign in to Kargobaz or create a free account.
Your store is linked to your account. Under Apps > My Apps > Kargobaz you now see "Kargobaz is connected".
Log in to Kargobaz and open Orders in the left menu. International BigCommerce orders waiting for fulfillment are listed with the recipient, country and products.
Click Create Shipment. The address and items are filled in from the order; check the product descriptions and values for customs and enter the package weight and dimensions.
Compare the rates and delivery times, choose a carrier and create the label. Print the label and the commercial invoice and attach them to the parcel.
Kargobaz adds a shipment with the tracking number and link to the BigCommerce order. When all items are shipped, BigCommerce sets the order to Shipped and emails your customer.
Send the parcel to Kargobaz as shown after the label is created, and follow its status under Shipments.
Uninstall Kargobaz under Apps > My Apps in BigCommerce, or click Disconnect on the BigCommerce card under Integrations in Kargobaz.
Installing is free and there is no monthly fee; you pay per shipment.
Orders from the last 60 days with the status Awaiting Fulfillment, Awaiting Shipment or Partially Shipped that ship to a country other than Turkey.
No. You ship with Kargobaz's carrier rates; you don't need an account with FedEx, PTT or the other carriers.
The app opens for the store owner in the BigCommerce control panel. Your team can work on orders in Kargobaz with your Kargobaz account.
Kargobaz's access ends immediately and the store is disconnected from your Kargobaz account. Labels you already created stay in Kargobaz.
