1 Connect your account

Connect your QNB eFinans, Nilvera, KolayBi account under Integrations › e-Invoice in your panel in a few minutes.

2 Issue it with the shipment

When you create a shipment, the invoice lines, exchange rate and export VAT exemption are filled in; your e-Archive invoice is issued in one click and the PDF downloads.

3 Sent to the carrier for you

The invoice PDF goes to UPS and FedEx, the number to PTT and Widect, automatically; nothing to upload.

Common questions

Who is it for?

Sellers shipping sales abroad, especially as micro-exports (ETGB). Every micro-export sale needs a Turkish e-Archive invoice.

How does the invoice reach the carrier?

UPS and FedEx receive the invoice PDF as the e-invoice document; PTT gets the invoice number and date, Widect the number, date and a link. For Aramex, SMSA and document shipments the invoice isn't attached; it is kept with your shipment.

What does the invoice show?

The buyer, the items, currency and the central bank rate, the VAT exemption code (301 for exports), internet sale details (store and payment method) and the carrier transporting the shipment.

Can I issue one for non-sale shipments?

Yes. For gifts or samples an invoice isn't required, but you can issue one the same way.

What does it cost?

The invoice is issued from your own provider account; credits and plans follow your provider's pricing.

My provider isn't listed. What can I do?

Issue the invoice in your own software and attach its PDF when you create the shipment; Kargobaz passes it to the carrier as well.
